Automatic Mooncake Production Line
This pastry production line is designed for making filled pastry, such as moon cake, pie, egg yolk pastry, etc. The production line is composed of filling machine, forming machine and tray arranging machine. The line adopts PLC intelligent control system, easy to operate, high efficiency, stable quality of finished products, suitable for standardized and large-scale production of pastries.
The filling type of the filling machine can wrap ordinary soft filling, also can wrap double filling(filling wrapped in another filling) and hard filling. You can consult us about the model, mold and other customized questions.

The adjustment of the raw material rounding is divided into width adjustment and front and back adjustment. The width adjustment can control the size of rolling round, and the front and back adjustment can ensure that the moon cake and the mold are concentric.

The forming part can be lubricated by oil cup at any time, and the oil cup button can be operated when the oil is needed.
